SDFP owner Luke Kohler has spent the last year in search for the perfect potato to sell exclusively to his customers.
After searching Tasmania, NSW and Victoria, Luke came across the "Andean Sunrise" which poses a stunning golden colour, silky smooth texture, epic flavour and the capability to be baked to near perfection.
On our recent "Meet The Grower" trip, Luke took the potato guru Keith Platt from Great Roots and Alex Pritchard the head chef of Icebergs Dining Room and Bar to find out more about the Andean Sunrise and other potato varieties.
