Petite Bouche has been delivered to our customers for the past four years. We have always had consistent and innovative produce from the boys at Export Fresh. So when Directors Tony & Paul gave us the green light to film a "Meet The Grower" we jumped to the opportunity.
Petite Bouche is a range of over 30 specialised leaves and herbs grown to a specific size that deliver flavour and aesthetics to the plate. Other produce includes micro herbs, baby vegetbales and edible flowers.
The Petite Bouche Farm has expanded to QLD and was created with a goal to supply quality grown hydroponic leaves, baby vegetables and edible flowers to the hospitality industry in Queensland and Sydney.
The Petite Bouche range is individually packaged, with only a couple of mixed lines, allowing the chefs to create their own mixes, tailored to their specific requirements.
